All our products are certified Cholov Yisroel and Pas Yisroel.
GLUTEN-FREE:
The vast majority of our chocolates do not contain gluten. Though we are NOT a gluten free enviroment. We are proud to offer an expanding line of gluten free and vegan pastries as well. Currently, our dairy pastries do contain gluten.
NUTS & LEGUMES:
We use peanuts, sesame and tree nuts such as almonds, pecan, hazelnuts and pistachios, and while we do our very best to avoid any cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our nut-free products are completely free of any nut particles. ORGANIC & FAIR TRADE:
We make every effort to source fair trade and ethically produced ingredients. All of our non-dairy chocolate is certified Fair Trade and Organic.
