01
Farm to bar.
Carefully chosen cacao. A story that starts with the people who grow it.
02
Ethically made.
Moka's farmer partnerships prioritize fair pay and transparency.
03
Quality and taste.
Chosen for flavor. Made with care for the taste, texture and melt.
The people. The process. The chocolate.
Doing it right, from the start.
Good chocolate takes care. Of the cacao. Of the people. Of every step that turns a bean into something worth sharing.

01 / Sourcing & farming
Before the roast, there's the farm.
Cacao grows inside pods. After harvest, the beans are fermented and dried. That work helps shape the flavor long before the chocolate maker starts.
Moka works with farms and co-ops to source cacao. For us, the choice starts with taste: beans with a character worth bringing out, and care for the people behind them.

"We build long-term, direct trade partnerships that prioritize fair pay, transparency, and shared accountability across our supply chain."

02 / Processing
Roast. Crack. Grind.
Moka roasts the cacao, removes the husks and grinds the nibs into chocolate. Each step changes what you taste and how the chocolate feels. There's no skipping the work.

"Finished products are only as good as the ingredients used to make them."

03 / Bars & bonbons
Then comes the chocolate you know.
The chocolate is tempered and molded into bars, or used to make bonbons. A clean snap. A smooth melt. A filling that works with the chocolate, not against it. These are the details we care about.
